Terms of Service
Effective date: August 24, 2026
Paradox of Eternity Bot (the “Service”) is operated by the independent developer who publishes the Discord application (the “Operator”).
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and the Operator only. They are not an agreement between you and Roblox Corporation (“Roblox”). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
When using the Service, you must review, agree to, and comply with the Roblox Terms of Use, including the applicable Roblox User Terms, Creator Terms, and Roblox Community Standards. You must also comply with the Discord Terms of Service and applicable law.
You may use the Service only if you are permitted to do so under those platform terms and applicable law. If you are not legally able to accept these Terms, a parent or legal guardian must do so where permitted.
Purpose and permissions
The Service is a private administration and development tool that can link a Discord account to a Roblox account and provide authorized bot commands. Some commands require a linked account, a particular Roblox group rank, or another permission. Linking an account does not guarantee access to restricted commands.
For account linking, the Service requests only the Roblox openid and profile permissions. These permissions identify your Roblox user ID and provide the profile information described in the Privacy Policy. They do not authorize the Service to obtain your Roblox password or .ROBLOSECURITY cookie.
Account linking and security
You may link only accounts that you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for keeping your Discord and Roblox accounts secure and for activity performed through them. Do not give the Operator your Roblox password, Discord token, or .ROBLOSECURITY cookie.
The Operator may remove an account link, deny a linking request, revoke command access, or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, moderation, testing, legal compliance, or maintenance.
You may remove your own stored account link and pending login information at any time by running /unlinkroblox where the Discord application is available.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service; impersonate another person; link an account you do not control; bypass permissions or platform safeguards; exploit bugs; interfere with the Service; collect another person’s information; use the Service for scams, spam, cheating, harassment, malware, or unauthorized automation; or violate Roblox or Discord rules or applicable law.
Roblox relationship and release
The Service and these Terms are provided by the Operator, not Roblox. Roblox is not affiliated with, associated with, sponsoring, or endorsing the Operator or the Service.
Roblox is not responsible or liable for any person’s installation, access, or use of the Service. Roblox has no obligation to provide maintenance, technical support, customer support, refunds, or any other service for the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by installing, accessing, or using the Service, you waive and release all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses against Roblox and its affiliates arising from or relating to the Service. This provision does not waive any right that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
Third-party services
The Service depends on Roblox, Discord, and Cloudflare. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and the Operator does not control or guarantee their availability.
Ownership and limited permission
The Operator and applicable licensors retain their rights in the Service and its original materials. Subject to these Terms, the Operator gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the Service for its intended purpose. Roblox names, logos, platform materials, and related rights belong to Roblox or its licensors; Discord names, logos, platform materials, and related rights belong to Discord or its licensors.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what information the Service processes, how it is used, and how to request deletion. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.
Availability and warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. The Service may contain errors and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the Service, account-linking failures, loss of access, third-party services, or unauthorized account activity.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account link with /unlinkroblox. The Operator may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law or platform rules, address misuse, or discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain effective, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and the Roblox release.
Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the Operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve it by contacting the Operator through the available Discord context. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Entire agreement and severability
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and the Operator concerning the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited only as much as necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without the Operator’s permission.
Changes to these Terms
The Operator may update these Terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. The effective date will be updated when changes are published. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact the Operator through the Discord application profile or the Discord context in which you accessed the Service.
